Yes, it's been a few days since our last post. We've been up to no good - at least I'm convinced that is what Mike must think after our recent electronics/appliance mishaps we've been having around here lately. By now he must be convinced that we tinker with things all day long while he's hard at work - hmmm, let's see - how can we break this? I swear I had nothing to do with the cook top exploding, camera lens kaputing or the motherboard on the computer burning out (that is far too many things that begin with the letter "C" - if the CAR is next, we might need a Government Bail Out Plan). Let's just say, neither one of us is interested in another trip to Best Buy any time soon. Hooray that I got a new camera - I say "I" because there is not a day that goes by that it doesn't get used. I wish I had talent like my friend Marji, but for now I just love taking pictures of the kids and our daily events - even if it only involves our front yard. With each picture, I feel a little closer to knowing what I'm doing with this little piece of equipment. Owen is not that great of a participant in the picture department - at the park yesterday, onlookers could hear, "DO NOT TAKE MY PICTURE." Brinn on the other hand is all mine - at least for a little while longer. With that said - we're back online, back to taking pictures, and for me anyway - boiling water.
