In early 2008, we were happy to have found Blog Overs With Love (through the Radicchis) to redesign our site - they gave 100% of the design fee to charity - our donation went to the StarFish Foster Home. Can't help but to continue to think about the heightened number of orphaned children.
It's time to redesign again - a little more professionally than what I"ve had up over the past several months. I know I've posted before about trying my hand at design - but really, all that clicking, copying, and pasting - it's doing a number on my wrists (4 lbs weights do a number on them do, but it feels a little more productive).
I guess when you think of a blog design and forking over the money to have it done, you can always think of 1,000 other things that money can or should go to. Blog Overs With Love took down their site so justifying a makeover for a donation wasn't likely, until now. I've made the contact and am waiting for a response - once it is in process, I'll pass along the information of the designer (you know you want a blog makeover!). What's the draw.......she donates a portion of her fee to the StarFish Foundation as well.
Now deciding on a digital scrapbook kit to work with - I"m thinking something springish or green, with one of those cute "tweet" birds, or an owl. Green will do.
